Hey Lovers,

So first things first…so I was really happy to win a blog award from Redhead Fashionista – thanks! Keep up the good blogging Bella! I’m supposed to pass it onto another blog so I will keep you posted on who I decide. There’s so many blogs that I follow, I can’t keep up with all of them. I literally spend hours trawling through them – do check out my blogroll list, they’re all amazing. French Vogue also recently published a great list of international blogs (no, I’m not on it…yet!) but have a peek, there’s some lovely ones on there.

So, I would now like to bring your attention to my good friend Catherine Chiara. We were united when both interning for Catherine Fulmer in NYC 2008. My Catherine (Chiara) is the most AMAZING designer, like EVER. And she’s gonna blow up big stylee. So just thought I’d give you the heads up before you’re all rushing down to Liberty’s sale to nab her pieces in a few years time. Remember you heard it here first.

On sunny afternoons when we got bored of working we would traipse downtown browsing and shopping and eating and eating and shopping. She introduced me to the sights of Hoboken where I ate the BEST sushi (I’m yet to eat any that beats it). She also made me this gold empire waisted skirt (which I must photograph actually) which is bloody amazing and that I still wear today. The super talented Cat studied Fashion Design at Drexel University & also spent 3 months at The London College of Fashion, she’s also done stints at Kay Unger, Namaste and Marchesa.
